Street Repairs 11-09-2020

Dear Meadow View Homeowner,

The much awaited streets repairs will start in the morning of  Monday, November 9, 2020.  You probably have seen the marked street areas where the work will take place.   The contractor, E.Meier Construction will start working on the right side of Scarlet Oak (as you enter the subdivision).  Phase 1 is scheduled to be from 11/9 – 11/10.  Phase 2 will be on the opposite side of the street from 11/19 – 11/20.

Please test and mark your irrigation lines and ensure the water is turned off.  Please abstain from parking on the street near these areas to allow the traffic to flow with ease and the contractor’s equipment have space to park.  We ask that everyone respects the construction barricades and caution tape and avoid the fresh concrete.  To help the construction crew and prevent any incidents during this time we suggest you to take the side streets.  Residents on the side streets should not park on the street to also alleviate traffic jams.
